Please note that all Sculptor Series collection purchases are handled entirely by J&L Hardware. Please refer to their shipping and returns policy for your Sculptor Series hardware orders.

Returns

At Studio Bookmark, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please note the following terms for all returns:
  • Our return policy allows for exchanges only; we do not offer refunds.
  • If you wish to exchange a piece, you must do so within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned to Studio Bookmark unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Replacements

Replacements are provided only if the item you purchased is defective or damaged upon arrival. If this occurs, please return the item to us at the address above and send us an email detailing the issue.

The time required for an exchange or replacement item to reach you will depend on your location, but we will make every effort to ensure prompt delivery.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without this.

Shipping Times

Most of our products are made to order. Please refer to the production and shipping times provided in the product listings. 

Delivery

Once you place an order with us, we will send you an email confirming the details. When your package is shipped, we will follow up with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Please ensure that your shipping address, personal information, and selected items are correct before finalizing your purchase at checkout, as we cannot reroute packages or change the contents of an order once it has been shipped.

Damaged Goods/Claims

Many of our products are handmade, which means they may have unique characteristics, including minor imperfections inherent to the manufacturing process.

If any item in your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will replace items found to be faulty with the same product(s), subject to availability.

In the event of damage or breakage, please email us with a description of the damage, along with photographs of the item(s), the shipping box, and the item label.
